They say meditation helps u know who u really are and that with it the journey within makes you enlightened to know ''THE TRUTH''- Its like in a night of complete darkness lightning strikes and everything becomes visible crystal clear simultaneously and that very realization is quintessential. Easier said than done it requires peace of mind and complete thoughtlessness where ,u can feel each and every breath and u experience life and death in every inhalation and exhalation respectively squeezing in a period of entire lifetime.
I don't know what they mean when people say live every moment to the fullest as if there was no tomorrow. The very act of living is a mirage and by saying that you are living every moment you are actually dying. Even after 23 years of living the only thing i'm scared of is death as it shall sooner or later prevail.No wonder someone once said that never miss the start and ending of a movie, I desperately need an interval in mine, popcorns n coke?!
